Dune After Hours, Thursday April 20 + 27

The Dune After Hours events came about via a good friend’s idea of using the store as a stage. We really hadn’t thought about our store as a stage; sure its a beatify setting, but what could we do in it? She went on to talk to me about a fun shopping experience she had with some girl friends at a shop in Madison where they closed the doors and created a private shopping event. It sounded like such a good idea and something new and different to do with a few close friends. We don’t know about you, but as moms, a ladies night out even for a few hours is a must when it comes to nurturing friendships, taking ME time and doing something relaxing, recharging and just fun for our selves!

We thought about how we could add a Dune spin to this idea! Our girl Angelina took the lead and created this full on experience outline of a private shopping experience that touches all the scenes! Tasting our new cocktail mixers, while getting a demo of how to create it, using our new spring product to style a bar cart and show you just how its done so you can take the knowledge with you back to your home. Along with that we thought about how were could create a goodie bag to go with the night, because who DOESN’T love a googie bag?! AND if that wasn’t enough, we really want you to feel like the VIP you are, we decided to offer 20% off the entire store for the night as well.

Put these pieces together and we think we have created a pretty fun, tasty and inviting experience for you and your friends here at Dune. We have already started to prep the next months After Hours event! So stay tuned for the summer line up. <3
